GLM Marine aftermarket Mercruiser manifolds are made by " Lost Foam " technology for precise
specification and casting quality. They have hot dipped galvanized coating black painted for corrosion resistance.
GLM fully tuned design to reduce back pressure and enhance flow to add increase engine horse
power.
Fully tuned design allows manifold to add 30 - 40% water cooling area for longer life.
In the 4" elbow, there are two extra exits at each side to increase water flushing to avoid
engine over heating.
In V8 GM small block, fully tuned design will guide exhaust gases directly to elbow without turbulence
and back pressure. In the meantime, additional 40% water cooling area will decrease the entire manifold body temperature significantly.
In V8 GM big block, extra 30% water cooling area will help reduce temperature in port exit area
for longer gasket life. The tuned design will reduce turbulence and enhance flow for higher and maximum marine engine power.
